What to do in my month off from SBRing
My final race of the year is this weekend; after which I will be taking a month off from SBRing to unwind and relax. I plan to use that month to get a good training plan set up for next year, and hopefully relax a little.

However, I still want to do something as far as exercise goes......... And if I'm gonna do something, it might as well benefit my 2015 training right? .

Anyway, what would be the best use of my month "off" from training? My goals for next year include drastically improving my bike fitness, especially over the 70.3 distance.

Thanks in advance.

What's more relaxing than going for a nice easy bike or run?

I live near Tulsa OK. Cold, windy, and no mountains to climb!

Depending on access to water (and whether it freezes or not) go for a row! Or hop on the ergometer. Just watch your technique.

Agreed. It's a viable plan all year but even more so during those dark cold winter days.
