U2 can crash, Bono bike accident in CP

I wonder if the media will attack Bono for his "death on 2 wheels" lifestyle .

Hard to believe that he'd crash. Doesn't NYC clear the Central Park roads whenever he wants to go for a bike ride?

Anyway, I hope his bike is ok.

Find out what it is in life that you don't do well, then don't
do that thing.

All inspirations and outright plagiarism courtesy of cyclcosm's HTRWW of the 2014 Liege Bastogne Liege

It was a Beautiful Day as Bono saw it, and he decided to take a stroll on his bike amongst the Shadow of Tall Trees in the largest urban oasis in the City of Blinding Lights.

Wanting to unleash his Desire to Ride His Wild Horse on two wheels, Bono cruised at the Speed of Life through the meandering hills of the park. Unfortunately, his Pride and trust his bike handling abilities led to his downfall as he crashed. No Angel of Harlem was present to save him from his injuries, nor did God Send His Angels to warn him of his fate.

It is not confirmed if running of a Red Light was the cause of the accident. But to those at the NY Post, this was perhaps Instant Karma as Bono was earlier seen salmoning up a Street Having no easily identifiable Name.

Certainly for Bono, Some Days Are Better Than Others

I feel Bad for Bono. If he was riding in Central Park in November instead of spinning indoors with an assistant wiping the sweat off his brow and holding his Perrier he must love the bike. As he lies in his hospital bed I bet he has thought, "I can't live With or Without the bike" and can't wait to heal up and get back on the roads on his bike because, as he told Ali, "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For."

Walk On Mr. Hewson until you can ride again up One Tree Hill!

Adam Clayton is a fairly cool guy and doesn't deserve this. It would probably be hard to kick Bono out of U2, but the other 3 could quite and then immediately start a new band without him.

Bono suffered injuries more serious than originally reported when he crashed his bicycle in New York’s Central Park on Sunday — and the extent of those injuries suggest the 54-year-old U2 singer may have been riding without a bicycle safety helmet

Oh shut the fuck up. The only injury a foam hat might have mitigated was the one to his face--and even then, according to the Snell Foundation, a helment is basically 50% effective in that department. So basically what this means is that it's exactly as likely that Bono was in fact wearing a helment, which means that Bono's helment is basically the equivalent of Schrodinger's cat.

Plus, the same idiotic "article" then goes on to say this in big letters:

Injuries To Upper Left Arm Appear Most Serious, Broken In Six Places

But yeah, by all means, keep fixating on the helment.

Well played BSNYC
