Spring Valley Cycles i10 and the beltway or Northwest Cycles 290. Great guys and they will take care of you for the right price.

If you're on the southwest side (Sugar Land/Stafford/Missouri City) then SugarCycles on Highway 6 are great - whether you have a child's bike or the latest S-Works they will take care of you.

I have always at good luck and great service with Bicycle World in Rice Village. Ask for Hunter, he is super good guy.
