first race report..real short Can't Post
did the key biscayne sprint today... no reason to post
all the gory details.. i finished.. those of you who raced,
feel good about making it through 400m of the nasty
sewage smelling water called the ocean.. that was absolutlely
gross..

huge thankyou to my coach richard nixon (irondicknixon)
who puts up with my swim complaining..and always keeps
things positive....

appreciate all the ST input for the last few months..
