Giant MCR Two

There is an older model Giant MCR Two
for sale on ebay. Any idea on how it would compare to the newer generation of aero bikes?
From my armchair windtunnel it looks pretty good with internal cables, smaller diameter head tube, hidden rear brake....
Your thoughts?

It was designed by Mike Burrows. Quite the revolutionary bike in it's day and very aero to my understanding. Unfortunately these types of bikes were banned and only the double diamond frame was specified legal for TT's.

Only Banned for UCI racing and US Pro racing. I have seen "Banned" bikes (Zipp, Softride, Stealth etc...) in crits, road races and time trials. Unless you are racing at the top of heap or riding Euro races, it's legal. Basically 99.9% of us can use it :)
Cool bike (just get a better wheelset for racing, they weigh a ton and weren't very aero).
