Well, it has been about 3 weeks, so I thought I would update. The little stray is doing quite well. We named her "Kansas" in honor of where we found her.

She has integrated with the family quite well. She was at 25 lbs when we found her. Vet said she should be closer to 35. She is getting close to 30, so, she is doing quite well. She is a stubbon little thing! She seems very, very happy and has started responding to her name. She follows us around and has started wagging her tail quite a bit. Here are some new pictures (sorry about the size):
