Erin Baker’s Cookies not far away, rival Paula Newby-Fraser was representing at the Multisport booth. While Erin’s hubby Scott Molina will be competing Saturday wearing number 88 – the year he won – Erin was not on site. It’s hard to imagine the fierce all round star who won two Ironman Hawaii titles, a Zofingen and the very first ITU World Championship in 1989 baking a batch of cookies. But Baker was the best all-round triathlete of any era.
