it's a downloadable excel file got to http://silvermannv.com/ and the main picture has "athlete list" on it. click that.

If it makes you feel any better I've done next to nothing the past month and I'm doing the full....ugh

I've been doing ~ 2 hours a day of weight and "ESD" training as part of a clinical study.
I've managed to get some long runs and bikes and some swimming in too, but
as M~ pointed out, I think the great philosopher Clubber Lang said: "I predict pain!"

That, when piled on top of my already well established BOP-awesomeness and a
race course described as "just because I hate you" is going to lead to a long day. :)

Full, #175. Great weather today, and through the week, until race day! Cold front forecasted to come in Saturday night or Sunday morning as of today's forecast. I say, "bring it on". Cooler temps expected, maybe some rain, but for sure, wind.

Was actually glad to see this change coming. What would Silverman be with stunningly ideal conditions? Certainly not the Epic it has become. And the weather adds to the lore.

Unbelievable experience...watch out for the tarantulas. I thought I was halucinating last year, but I am sure one was going faster up a climb than I was.

Try to remember that the rest of the world is in late fall and early winter conditions now.

A high of 70 degrees is not bad for people who are currently training in the 40's and 50's.

Besides, it's not the temperature that will get ya, it's the wind. :-)
