Shout out to IMNA for IMC
Can't Post
It seems its not popular here, but after doing IMC yet again I have to say what an outstanding job done by Graham Frasier and his folks at Ironman NA (or what ever their new name is). It seems like such a logistical nightmare, and yet they pull it off every year.
At the awards banquet they mentioned the mudslide earlier in the week, and the 6 miles of tacks that they dealt with before anyone got out there.
True pro's in my book.
On the outside chance you guys are reading this, thanks again!

They had Michael Simpson and crew out ahead or the lead men clearing the road ahead of the lead men, epic job.

Where were the tacks? Seems like every year at IMC there are reports of tacks. Is this the work of an IMC Serial Tacker?

Roch, Brian and Dan were the bike guys at IM Canada and they did another great job this year. They got lots of local help from the volunteers and the City of Penticton to clean up the roads before the race.

As an expo vendor, athlete supporter, and triathlon fan, Ironman Canada is truly epic!! Penticton and the entire Okanagan Valley do an amazing job. The course is unbelievably beautiful. If you've never been there, go, even if it's to volunteer or watch. You won't regret it.
