To those of you that live in the San Diego area.
I have just started Turbo/wind training sessions at JCC La Jolla (UTC) on Monday and Wednesday at 6pm. We have about 14 trainers and the sessions last 1:15hr. All you need is your Bike. Sessions cost $10 each.
