My IMMO Advice
Can't Post
Get your biked tuned up! I would have sworn my bike was running great but thought it would be a good idea to get it checked anyway. Took mine it in last week and was told that I had a bent deraileur, loose cassette, and a headtube that needed adjusting. Also got a new chain and a drive train cleaning. Glad I took the time to have things checked out!

Great idea. I am always stunned by how many dirty bikes I see at races. Cannot tell if they function well, they just don't look that great.
I am getting by ride back today, so I can break it in a little before the race.

Good advice.
Here's my IMMoo advice: on Bourbon St, across from the Uphill Grind bike shop (Cross Plains), ride down the middle of the street. There's a spot where they patched the road and it has a nasty lip on it that broke my rear bottle cage holder. My wheels needed to be trued this week and I think it's from that as well. It's nasty, but doesn't look that bad as you're coming up to it so be aware.
