Low heartrate in my first run after CDA Can't Post

So I did my first run after couer d'Alene today - an easy 35 minuter. Although my rpe was felt fine ( legs felt like they hadn't run in 11 days though) my heartrate was 10 beats lower than normal at the same easy pace.

This is a sign that I'm still not completely recovered/rested, no?

thoughts, gurus.

still recovering....parasympathetic response to over-training.....racing in your case

As I thought.

Continue the rest and delay the onset of restarting training, right?

I agree with the "overtrained" diagnosis. When I'm overtrained and try to race a 10k, I can't get my heart rate over 183. When I'm rested, my 10k heart rate averages 191. It takes me at least 3 weeks to feel somewhat normal after an Ironman.

I tried to speed my recovery by drinking beers all day...that should help.
