Looking for an SD training partner Can't Post

I'm pretty new to the sport. Coming from a swimming background, so I'm best in the pool. I'm also pretty good on the bike. I average about 18mph on flats. I'm getting over shin splints, so I'm taking it easy on the run lately. So I'm with TCSD and while that's all well and good, and the coached workouts are pretty awesome, I'm looking for someone who I can go on long-ish rides with on a pretty regular basis, as well as maybe hit the pool from time to time. I swim at UCSD and at La Jolla cove/shores.

I'm 24, grad student, and really looking for a cool crew to roll with.
Let me know if you're interested in starting up!

I'm on a pretty regimented program right now (hiring a coach does that), but I do hill repeats out at Torrey on Wednesday and Friday mornings at around 7:30. I welcome the company. Usually four times up the outside, close to max effort.

I do all my long rides on Sundays with the QMDC group, preparing for our 7 day SF to SD trip in October.

Feel free to PM me.

Kevin
