Kona race coverage live?	Can't Post

What is the best way to get live updates on the race? Is there a live feed? How to view? Thanks! What time east coast would the race be live, 2 AM Sat?

Live coverage should be on Ironman.com at 12;45 pro start time . There is a bit of pre game coverage at 10 am or 11am. The coverage goes until the finish of the race at 6am eastern time Sunday am for last finishers. It should be a great day. I race in the morning and will be home for the start.

I'm asking because there is no listing for times on ironman.com or ironmanlive...smart guy! (then again, maybe I missed it, making ME the "smart guy..."

I beleive last year it was aired on Dec. 2 or close to it. Ironman will update their site with the time and date of re-air and NBC will also have it listed.

"The race will be broadcast on WHO on Saturday, Dec. 13 from 1:30-3 p.m."
