Kona question - run bag check in?

Any one know if we'll have access to our run bags on race morning, after checking in the gear tomorrow? Lately it seems each Ironman does it differently -- some you can access run bag & some you cannot. Just wondering if I want to put my Fuel Belt in the bag... do I need to put the bottles in tomorrow too? Or, can I do it on race morning?
