I don't think he did anything - which seemed to work out well for him.

He has changed it. Not as much as from the wind tunnel testing, but he is riding a little more forward and lower. As long as his set-up didn't change from CA 70.3. Not the best picture.

He told me he will continue to get more aggressive with his set-up as the year progresses, he learned a lot in the wind tunnel.

It is tough to argue with success. Sub 8 at Quelle Roth Challenge. 5 time IMOz winner.

Although, it does seem he could drop 2-3 inches down in the front.

...and that looks to be an Airfoil Pro instaed of the Talon that he had used...might explain things abit depending where his seat post was positioned on the Talon.

Tough crowd here on ST. Unless you win at IMH and do it on the bike, not much love.

I like Macca. Great guy. Perhaps, the most well rounded triathlete in the world. He can swim bike and run with the best. He had an outstanding career racing short course and ITU doing well in both drafting and no-drafting formats. At the 1/2 IM distance he has been spectacular and he has had some outstanding results at the IM distance including joining the very elite and exclusive sub-8 club and winning a number of IM races around the world.

Last year at IMH after struggling there for a few years, he learned a huge lesson - be well placed and in good shape after the bike and then run your way to your best place.

Tough crowd? Nah...what makes you say that...everyone here has been so nice with guys like Simon Lessing...comments like 'he is not there yet' have been recurrent.

I tend to take my lead on these matters from the comments and words of people who actually race against Lessing et. al. and what these great athletes have said to me personally, not what is said here on ST.
