Forum thoughts........	Can't Post

Thanks to Dan for a great forum.

Having lurked and posted to rec.sport triathlon for many years and seen it's recent and sad decline into chaos and insult, it's refreshing to find a forum that's educational and responsible.

I've noticed a few of the old rst'ers such as Larry Himmel and Cathy Morgan are regular posters here now.

What are the issues about Cathy and Larry ? I checked all the posts of them and I couldn�t find anything offensive...

yes this forum is quite fab. a lot of the people here have helped me with that nervous breakdown what the fuck ever i went through. not like i have pictures of all of y'all on my wall but you guys do rock.

I regulary check RST and post rarely. RST recovered some and is better the two month ago. But no comparison to this forum or Gordo's forum.

ARRSR 55-11, Chapter 8-15, Paragraph a. states the following: "Total fitness for combat includes technical fitness, mental and emotional fitness, and physical fitness. If any of these attributes are lacking, combat effectiveness suffers proportionately. Without technical fitness, a Pararescuemen lacks the knowledge and skill for combat, without mental and emotional fitness, he lacks the incentive and confidence for combat, and without physical fitness he lacks the physical ability and stamina for combat."
