I've been at bricks for about 1 month now. I do 3 bricks each week. 20/2 to 45/2 depending on my time constraints. Still working on bike speed. The runs are short but very consistent and easy. March 1st the runs increase to 3 or 4 miles after the 25 to 45 mile bike.
I only run about 11 miles per week, total. I have bad knees and hips from getting hit by a car many years ago.
OH, yeah.......I'll start my swim training in March, too.

Ditto. Painfully fast group ride today with a total of 56 miles, followed by a 5-mile run. I hurt. The first brick of the season always makes me question if I will be ready in time! First tri of the year in one month - Greater Clermont oly.

I've done a couple of 90 minutes trainer sessions followed by a 10k. Not too bad, I've been trying to take it nice and easy, since my realy goal isn't until september. The weather has been so crappy, I've only run about 15 miles in the past 6 weeks! And no swimming! I'll have to get that started soon.
