Finishing times calculator/perdictions? Can't Post

Does anyone know of a way to get a rough idea about converting one race distance time to another. For example, if you do a 5:14 half-iron, what would be a resonable expectation for an IM? Obviously, course and weather play in, but just looking for a rough idea.

So...are you saying that if I can run a 5 min/mile, that I will be able to do a 2:11 marathon??
