Does this mean I have the wrong size bike
Can't Post
Hello,
I got my Cannondale IM 2000 set up and I am feeling comfortable using a 90 degree 130mm stem.
Does needing a longer stem mean that I have too small of a bike?
Thanks
Gall

1) A longer lever means that it should steer a bit slower (more arc particularly in the aerobars to achieve the same angle of turn) and therefore be a bit less twitchy. I went with a shorter stem based upon my fitting and although I am more comfortable (not over extended) the bike is a bit more twitchy and I have a bit less knee clearance out of the saddle.
2) It is possible that you could ride a larger bike but that does not mean that you should. the same size in another brand might have a longer top tube that suits you better. The new bike profile should help you if you compare to others riding the same bike.

Very loaded question without knowing your fit measurements, bike geometry and how you like to ride. I also use a 130mm stem and I ride the largest Zipp beam/frame made. Its not a question of whether the frame is too small.
