Dan,

how did the half marathon go? I am stuck up here in the frozen NE unable to find results yet and am dying to hear how it went. Test #2 successful?

less than perfect. 1:27. i am very sore today, and was very leg-sore after about 5 miles into the run. i've been fighting off a bit of a bug and i think it got into my joints. i was running the uphills faster than the downhills. but hey, it's a starting point.

Dang, Slowman...you really are serious about this "comeback", aren't you? Plumb told me you aim to beat him at Wildflower, and we both had a chuckle...I think I'm going to re-think that a little.
