Critique my postion please..... Can't Post

Any ideas on how to get more aero because I feel like I'm as aero as possible here. Please, only serious fitters and bike specialists cause I want to make improvements next year and I know the changes will be found only by the best fitters out there........thanks for your time and for all the help that you may provide.

my suggestion: loosen bolt on the adjustable stem so that you can change the handlebar height throughout your race. you will be able to raise the handlebars when grinding up a hill and put down more power when aerodynamics don't matter as much, while on the downhill sections you'll be able to get into that steep aero tuck and absolutely bomb down the hill on those 700cX37 tires.

We approve, but ideally we'd like to see more of a profile shot.

Your pedals are too high.

The roadside foliage is too cluttered, there's a cardboard box lying out in plain sight, and you're not in the big ring.

Otherwise, just get yourself an aero helmet and you should be good to go.

Your position is fine, but you need a disc rear wheel and a deep section front. Maybe a Zipp/PowerTap disc in the rear and a 90mm front. Then you'd be all set. Hopefully the kickstand on your bike won't interfere with the PowerTap setup.

Add rear footpegs so the other fella in the pic can ride along to jump off and push you uphill and give you the extra weight you definetly need to bomb down the backside. where you sending all your groceries ehtopia? Them kids have to fattened up by now.

the big thing here was that Dave gave up a couple of minutes using this custome fitted and course specific bike, to be able to run a nice 1hr26min half mary off the bike.

And you think I'm joking!!!

Wow Dave - great memories buddy!

Looks good to me....only suggestion would be to remove the kickstand before your next race ;-)
