Chicago Tri Lost Sneaks Can't Post
I discovered that I didn't put my DS Trainers into my transition bag after racing the Olympic in Chicago on Sunday. I thougt I would post this on the chance that someone may have found a pair of 11 Asics DS Trainers with Speedlaces and a polar hr monitor in them before I have to buy new shoes before my next race. Also, does anyone know if there is a lost/found at these events.

That sucks - I lost my friggin' wetsuit last year.

You can reach lost and found through the Accenture Triathlon website - look for 'contact us'

Capri Events runs the race, so they are your best shot.

Unfortunately, it didn't help me last year.

Thanks. I'll see what I can do. I was a little pissed when I FINALLY got let back into the transition area. For whatever reason someone knocked my bike off the rack and it was laying on the ground. I had been careful to get to the transition area early (5:10-5:15) and get set up. When I got back there were 2 bikes on my towel and my bike was on the ground. I've never experienced that before. Oh well. Live and learn I guess. Other than that I thought it was a great race.
