Bontrager hub problem
Can't Post
Have a pair of Bontrager OCLV 120's - changed them over from Campy to Shimano. Now, when peddling at high cadence, the wheel (hub) just spins...
Have had two LBS look at it, the one that sold me the wheels, and the one that changed over the free hub. One has rebuilt the hub, the other has looked at it, waited for parts....nothing -problem persists.
What are my options, can believe it can't be fixed. Is trying to put a whoie new hub in an option?

LBS went the grease route first, thought that was the simple fix, but apparently not. Now that you mention it, the shop also kept the old campy hub...on top of everything else I am going to try and get that back!

don't want us to be moved to classified, but let me know if you succeed (in both - making it work or getting back campy : )

I am wondering if anyone has experience with the spaces, which is what the LBS says seems to be the problem. What is baffling is that these guys can fix anything, but seem stumped on this one. In the meantime, I have $700 on the line...
