Anyone Train near Yelm, WA Can't Post
I am moving to Yelm, Washington (I'll arrive tomorrow) and would like to hook up with a group to train with. Coming from Florida, I'll probably be lacking in cycling for a while...used to the flat land.

The Stp (Seattle to Portland in 1 or 2 days) goes right through Yelm. There is a section of asphalt off road bike trail from Yelm to Tenino that on a old rail corridor that not used much & can be nice to ride. There is an organized ride in the area on Aug 10th if you are moved by then.
I was surprised how much Yelm had grown the last time I was biking through there. Seems lots of Seattle subranites are moving out there. There are like 5 bike clubs out of the Seattle area with various rides.
Also a really nice ride is the Rhapsody ride. Barb

SouthSound Triathletes have weekly rides out of Tacoma. You might want to hook up with them. Otherwise, though, I have no suggestions for training routes. I'm in Puyallup (northeast of Tacoma).
