ATP in electronic form?	Can't Post

Does anyone out there have an ATP - Annual Training Plan form in an electronic version? I'm not looking for a plan, but rather, the ATP form that one would use to build a plan. I would appreciate any help! Thanks!

I would think Excel would work perfectly.

I would guess it would...except I can work in Excel about as good as I can beat Craig Alexander at Kona! ;-)

This site has one for tri and one for cycling under "Forms". I used the tri form in conjunction with the Triathlete's Training Bible to build my ATP for this past season.

Okay, the form on the training bible web site is in a older version of Excel, and my computer will not recognize it. Bummer! Anyone have a newer version?
