3T Ventus vs. Zipp Vuka Aerobar
Can't Post
Would it be correct to state that the Zipp would offer greater adjustability?
Can anyone (i.e. Slowman, perhaps) provide a comparison between these two bars?

Having worked on both (and owning Ventus) there is little between them. Zipp have that rock'n'roll thing going on, like the USE, so they have some angular movement, but if you put the spacers under the pads you have to slope your arms down, unlike the Ventus. When you put spacers under the Ventus (which I did for a 12hr) the extensions come up too, so you are holding the bar in the same way. Ventus uses allen keys, Zipp uses the 'Collet tool', £20 over here! Zipp you have to cut extensions down, Ventus they slide through (like Profile design do).
Which do you like the look of more? :)

I don't own either, but isn't one of the major differences between them that the Zipp allows you to plunk whatever length and elevation of stem you like behind it, while with the Ventus you're stuck with the default setting? Slowman's review makes the point that with the integrated stem you have to build your bike from the bars back, so if you don't already run a 90mm stem on your current rig, you're going to have to get a new bike that fits your new bars.

Yes, that is a a major difference. I currently use a 90cm stem, so I'm thinking that the 3T could work.
LBS had a 3T Team and the armrests and pads did feel super comfy, but they were not mounted on a bike. Seems like the concensus on these is that you need to know exactly what you want before you get them.

slowman is a very perfectionist person. But really, all the team csc ride there normal bike size and use the ventus...and i also do the same and it dosnt affect our performance or position... you just end up playin a bit with them and having your rest pad a bit more forward on the arms or a bit backward...
but you sure dont need to build from aerobar to bike... at least... no for pro athlete... we do with it... and i like the Ventus a lot...very nicely done..
