2 more...Piepoli and Schumacher
Can't Post
tested positive to CERA in the last TdF.
The tests were doubled. One in Chatenay-Malabry, one in Lausanne and came back positive.
The test of Piepoli was already positive when they looked at his urine and he had been suspended last week for 2 years (which explains why his team took him out of the tour with ricco...but of course the team director denies knowing anything).
Schumacher had already tested + to cathine in 2005 but was declared clean. In 2007, he had been forbidden from the worlds with a hematocrit above 50%...and had tested positive to amphetamines following a test done by the german police consecutive to a car accident...
but it's all good, cycling is clean.

This is probably why the financial markets are tumbling right now. Are Schumi and Piepoli the only two that went positive of the 14 or so who had their samples retested? Kind of surprising if so.

The others may have been using better hedging so they are not affected so much ;-)

He won 7 times and never tested positive! What else do you want? Isn't that proof that he can crush the dopers year in year out and still be clean??

Ricco, Piepoli and Schumacher accounted for five stage wins at the Tour! That means almost 25% of the tour stages were won on CERA.
Sad.

Kind of a funny quote when this thread is about riders testing positive.

Bah, learn to love human nature for what it is, or be forever depressed.
On the bright side it shows our ingenuity in chemistry (CERA) and the extreme will to win at any cost! (the riders!)
I know, you hate that they are cheating, but our will to cheat and do anything to get ahead is part of why we are what we are, and not dinosaur food.
hurrary for our imperfections!
