Anyone else going to be there?
My 10th year in a row to do it but my swim and run training have been pretty much nil. Heading up tomorrow morning.

I still think you should ride with us tomorrow, you know, as a warm up. Your cross bike is sad and neglected. It's painfully obvious that the track bike is mommy's favorite.

Shoot no. That's why track is so great! The races are short and you do many of them per night, but in between, it's SOCIAL time! Next time say hey.
