Surgery Monday	Can't Post

Hey all- most know on the main forum and not sure about women's but I am finally headed in for surgery tomorrow. Boulder Sports Center Andy Pruitt called the shots and I will be seeing Dr. Paul for an ITB release and knee scope- been suffering from this ITB stuff for 1.5 years now so much PT, ART, Accupuncture, roller, icing, and cortisone. Cross your fingers that this will finally get me running again. Will let you know how the recovery goes shouldn't be too extensive. Wish good thoughts soooo in 2009 I'll be seeing you all at the races!!

Since you will be out of commission for a while I'm thinking your thread count on ST will go through the roof! Careful or you will stp sng vwls.

COTrimom is the parent rep for our kids' swim team -- that woman has no time at all; I'm surprised she was able to squeeze in this surgery.

Her friends here have all wished her luck on the surgery, and we'll do our best to make sure she stays off her feet at next week's swim meet!!

You are too sweet- thanks for that lady! Well I am home with an ice machine, ted stockings- wow am I beautiful in these, and my crutches! Doctor Stephen Paul recommended by Andy Pruitt at BSC in Boulder did a great job and found my ITB was was flared and had a bunch of scar tissue around it and some plica he cleaned out- cross your fingers.
