Orgasims & Urination

Put the claws away! I was told to post this here.
I have had this problem in the past with ex-girlfriends but have it bad with my wife.
She orgasims so hard that she urinates a good percentage of the time. It makes her very self conscious. I am also I guess a weird man and love to give oral. She can't control it then as well which has made her even more self conscious and quite honestly is depriving me of something I really like to do.
Is there anyway for her to learn to control this?

She should talk to her gyno about it. It might just be a general incontinence issue that she can get help for. As women age bladder control issues can become a problem so I'm sure she is just as anxious to see if that is the underlying problem or not.

Kegel exercises might help. They help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Cannot help w/ the psychology.

You may want to investigate this a little closer. There is such a thing called female ejaculation. Your description is consistent with that event. I don't think that many people are aware of this phenomenon, and so it it is really easy to just chalk it up to bladder voiding.

whilst kegel's will help with stress incontinence and urge incontinence, they won't help in this case.
I am going to assume she is emptying her bladder before any activity occurs... meds could help....

Not to get too personal here, but I guess I am in the womens so I should be safe.
Sometimes after an orgasm I get very wet and it's not pee.

Ditto on female ejaculation. I was with a woman that did this. I must say it was quite startling the first time I saw it. Pretty neat.

can't believe I am replying to this. Have her void before your activity. If it still happens, then its not urine and it is ejaculation. If this is what is happening, it will take her a bit to get used to it - and you are probably just REALLY good at what you do and well, ok said enough.

It's no phenomenon, it's urination. Involuntary loss of bladder control. Smooth muscle contraction prompted by the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system, which, by no strange coincidence controls orgasm and ejaculation.

The latest research indicates the possibility that all women produce female ejaculate, even if they are not aware of it:
