Has anyone had a 2 week period??? Can't Post
A little history first: I've never been regular, maybe 3-4 periods a year. I had a c-section last July and never got a period until after I started the NuVa ring a few weeks ago. My doctor said some spotting is normal and I had that for a few days, but for the last 2 weeks now, I've had a fairly heavy period. So I called my nurse Friday and she didn't seem concerned at all, yet my mind is not at ease. Has anyone experienced anything like this??? Any advice/suggestions?

When I stopped taking the pills, the first 3-4 months were regular (5-6 days of periods). Then, it was very unusual, like 10-12 days... And I got pregnant after that.

yes, been there. sucks and a pain in the ass, but i was also told not to freak out. next month you probably won't get one at all. PM me if you have any other questions. i also have had problems with being regular as you have had.

totally normal, stick with it. even full out bleeding is 'breakthrough' bleeding - your body adjusting to the hormones.

Yup. I'm on the one-period-every-3-months pill and about once a year I get a 2-week period. Doc says it's normal and is related to the amount of hormones in my body, due to the pill.
