As I search for a job it seems that you can only apply online these days. Allow me to make a blanket statement to your company's web designers. Your website is a bullshit, pain the ass, unethical, Nazi loving, piece of ape shit. How your company could allow such used tampons of a site to represent your company proves to me that all companies want to fail.

Information is hard to find. You do not connect information from a different source to you website. In attempts to be cute you hide needed links making them hard to find. You have no taste.

Explain to me why you would make a web site and not even try to make it useful and informative.

Oh I am fighting my way through them and I think getting the information to them it's just mind blowing how poorly designed these websites are.

Check my company's jobs website. If you find something you like, let me know and I'll give them your info from the inside.

Tip: If you leave all the search fields blank, it will give you ALL the openings all over the country.

I think there are two kinds of website designers: graphic artists and IT guys. The IT guys tend to make stuff that's text heavy and stark, while the graphics artists are more about marketing and presenting a pretty picture. I personally am always seeking information, and a goofy flash-animation that runs constantly and has no value drives me crazy. Then, the information is buried levels deep -- ugh. It seems like the good ones are somewhere in between.

It reminds me of one of the local tv stations. It took me about 10 minutes to find where the actual tv listings were. I mean, what else are you going to a tv website to find? I finally found them tucked under a small link called "Entertainment". How about a big freaking button right out front that says "TV LISTINGS"?

AMEN. i have had candidates tell me for years "i didn't really find out what i needed from the company's website."
