"There Are Politics Going On Down at the Justice Department"	Can't Post

I laughed my ass off when I heard Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) say this after being asked about the timing of the Ted Stevens indictments just a few months away from the election.
No shit there are politics going on at the Justice Department, but they have nothing to do with Ted Stevens. The Republicans hired a bunch of "Good Americans" to fill key roles at Justice. The department's own Inspector General testified this week about the department's inappropriate (but not illegal) hiring practices.

Yeah, those inappropriate activities were just unspeakable. One low level employee even used political terms as part of a search in order to vet employees.

I can't wait for the Obama Administration to hire all those Federalist Society members.
