They set it up. No way she gets that on the first spin. I am betting that they pulled coach Mo aside before the team deliberations and paid hm $25K to volunteer to leave. As reprehensible as Tracey is, she is the only interesting thing on the show this year. I am also close to bailing on BL for the first time in several seasons.

Did Coach Mo get voted off? I am done with the show, watched up until crazy ho picked the teams and said "I am done". Watched the episode of Big Bang Theory I dvr'ed the night before. That's a funny show.

There is seriously something wrong with that psycho. Seriously.
Seriously? ;P
SERIOUSLY! ;-)
Again, I am throwing down the b.s. card. The whole show is staged. I had high hopes for the show this year, as it appeared to start in a positive direction. But, they yanked it back into game-playing and drama for the slack-jawed audience b/c, evidently, that's what they want. Yuck! Wish I could just walk away from the show...

Hey! I met a whole bunch of past losers today at the Detroit marathon race expo. Coleen, Amy, Pete, Helen, Shellay, Rene and I think Tracy the lunatic was there also. Jillian is in town too. They were signing autographs and the were all extremely nice people. They all posed for pics and took tons of time with everyone. Pete looks great. Amy and Coleen are sweethearts. Apparently the are running the half tomorrow. They were told to act surprised if Jillian showed up. Sounds like they were filming part of an episode or a special.
They all represented the show very well.

By the lack of comments, I take it that everyone was as bored by last nights episode as I was. Sending them home was stupid. I'm tired of stunts like that. I also noticed that when the women went home, they immediately fell back (or were expected to) into the roles of 'Mom takes care of everyone'. They obviously had to make arrangements for family / kids before they went on the show, so why do things immediately revert back to the old ways as soon as they walk in the door, even tho they are only home for a week. Shows me how much educating is going to be required for the entire family - that once Mom or Dad is home for good, things are going to have to change if they are going to keep the weight off.
okay - rant over.

I thought the same thing. I was a bit disgusted with the lack of support from family members. It is easy to see how these folks (especially the women) got to where they are. Very little support and WAY too many demands placed on the women contestants.
Seriously, how about taking care of the kids for the week so the contestant can continue to train? How about skipping going out to eat? How about controlling your food intake???? Sheesh! I really felt bad for Dina. You can see she has very little support.
The flip side is, it looks like Danny has a great support system. However, he should take his little girl to the gym with him.

Its become so predictable, that's the problem. I will say I am soooo sick of Tracy crying I just want to slap her.

I just saw it this morning. Why didn't they send Abby home since she has the stress fx? And there must be some interpersonal things going on we don't see as more than one person mentioned keeping people who support/inspire them.
Instead of the entire team having to go home or not go home, it would have been more interesting to give everyone the individual choice and then let the chips fall where they may.
Good for Danny for taking charge and cooking up some healthy food. As for the women, I think Abby is getting it and slowly but surely, Shea. But both she and Dina need to put their foot down and say, it's going to be like this from now on.
I felt bad for Daniel as it's pretty common to puff up a pound or two when flying long distance. Didn't Jillian say that when he left? Plus the emotional stress he seems to be under.
And I still can't stand Tracy.

It never felt like Dina connected with anyone. She was kinda a loner. I am not surprised she was sent home. However, personally, I think it should have been Daniel. He has had 2 chances now. He needs to put up or shut up.

I agree that this season is rather boring and predictable. Sending them home so early in the season just didn't make any sense. Even the scenes of them working out has become a formula. The scene between Jillian and Daniel was sooooo predictable, she thinks he's not working out hard enough, is determined to find out some deep dark feelings he has about being fat, makes him cry, gives him a hug. It gets a little old. I also think that since the show has cast such large people that even the challenges are boring because they can't do much. I caught on cable a couple of episodes from several seasons ago (the one that Ali won) and none of the contestants were close to starting out as overweight as this current season. A couple of the challenges were actually interesting to watch. I didn't get why Dina last night was the one singled out to go, Amanda hasn't exactly been doing much (except saying she is America's choice) but she was never even considered. Tracy and all her crying is ridiculous. Interesting that Abby who has the most to cry about is rarely shown sheding a tear.

I saw dane make an appearance at the weigh in. Isnt this he same dane that got picked up by a van halfway through his marathon and then driven to the finish? At the weigh in he also said he is doing a triathlon in the morning. Not gonna lie, that shit irritated the hell out of me when he said that...

I think it was Dane that didn't finish the marathon, got picked up in the van and then staged the finish. (I got him mixed up with Blaine) Good grief, the way they went on about doing the triathlon was a little much. I have to say that Liz has taken over as the most annoying person on the show, Tracy is still up there but Liz just annoyed the crap out of me tonight. I have the utmost admiration for Abby and am sorry to see her go. I was hoping that anyone else but her would have been sent packing.

Yep, the past 2 episodes Liz has gotten super annoying. How did this season go from having the most likable cast to suddenly being least likable? Oh yeah, because they got rid of all of the people I liked.
And I am SO sick of these emotional breakdowns in the midst of Jillian's hard workouts. Dan last week, Shea this week. Honestly, these did not seem genuine at all. Almost as ridiculous as the pseudo commercials in the middle of the show. "Just take your Jenny-O turkey and make a delicious, healthy meal!"
I really only care about seeing the end results of the show, the before and after. I still don't know why I bother to watch the show itself because it gets worse and worse every season. There also probably hasn't been one challenge I have actually enjoyed watching.

Wellllllll, that irritates me for a number of key reasons. The moment he had the nerve to cheat in his marathon, and yet still accept his finishers medal really proves his value as a person. That irritates me that they had the nerve to call him back on the show like he was some hero. And that also irritates me how they all patted him on the back for doing a triathlon, considering in the back of my mind i was still thinking about him cheating in the previous race. In my mind I assume that he probably half-assed his training for the tri and is thus disrespecting the upcoming race like he did the marathon. Of course this is nothing but speculation since I have no idea how he did in his tri, but he looks like he went home and did pretty much nothing since the show, so I can only assume he applied the same laziness towards his next race. Point of my ranting is i really just despise cheating, so sue me =]

I had heard that the Kona entry that NBC gave to the former BL loser, Matt Hoover was originally going to go to Dane but they didn't want to bring back up the publicity over the marathon cheating incident. In an interview I heard with Matt he said that NBC had to decide between him and another former BL contestant and that they gave it to him because he already had a coach. I guess Dane did Wildflower earlier so he had already done the half IM that was needed. The entry was going to go to one of them so glad it was Matt for no other reason then the marathon incident, no matter who he wants to blame it just left me with a bad vibe for the guy.

Well, it looks like last night's episode was shot in May, so I'm not sure it's fair to judge what he's done since his season ended based on that. He apologized for shorting the marathon and went on to actually run a marathon and a 1/2 Ironman. Maybe it's time to let it go.

Last night may have been one of the worst episodes that I've seen. I'm so sick of these stupid, worthless challenges and the bonus points and the extra pounds at the weigh-ins etc. I agree that Liz has gotten super annoying, but I still want Tracy gone. She is so 'me me me me me'; there is something about her that is so cold and distane and just plain 'off'. I was sorry to see Abby go; I was hope that Amanda would go.
Looking at Danny last night - he is going to have to have some major plastic surgery if he is going to get rid of all that extra skin. He looks like a deflated balloon.
I wish they'd stop all the stupid game playing and go back to how they started this season - no teams. Focus on workouts, weighloss, healthy eating, and maybe have a real counselor to help them deal with their issues and stop these 'breakthru' moments with Jillian. Last night was just way too much with Shay, Amanda, Abby all having 'moments'.
Rant over. thank you for listening. ;)

x2.
Was anyone else creeped out/freaked out when Jill got up in Abby's face and said, "What is it like to lose EVERYTHING you love?" I kinda did a WTF??? I understand when the contestants freak out and then Jill needs to come in and do her Dr. Phil shitck where she goes from traininer to counselor (which is getting a bit old, btw), but, this was ... well ... odd, to say the least. Abby was doing fine. Further evidence that this show is completely scripted and rigged. Jill knew Abby was going home that week, so, she had to "pick" at Abby to get her "emotional moment" and "inner revolation" before Abby left.

Who do you think will go home tonight? (frustrating morning at work, I need a mental health break). I'm hoping that Tracy or Liz will go, but I think it may be Daniel.
What do you think?

Only way Daniel goes home is if Danny is able to stay the biggest loser on the black team. He is the odd man out in the Amanda/Shay/Daniel alliance. And even if he does maintain the biggest loser status, I would guess that Amanda would be the next out. I think Shay and Daniel are tighter than Shay and Amanda.
I can't see anyway Tracy stays if the blue team falls unless she is the biggest loser. That seems doubtful to me.
