x2 in a big way. Mo showed alot of class at that moment, knowing that his team was now marked and there is no way in hell he is ever making it to the end.

I felt bad for Mo as well, he looked unhappy when Tracy stepped over the line and then looked shocked when he found out she ate the cupcakes. And what is up with Tracy's eyes? A couple of times she looked down right demonic. I felt terrible for Abby getting a stress fracture so soon. Is that a likely overuse injury? I am surprised more of them aren't injuried going from doing nothing to such a high amount of exercise. I read that Tara from last season is running the New York marathon in November. She posted her typical weekly training schedule and it looks like she is training hard for it. A mix of long runs, tempo runs some track work. She should do well.

Yup - sucks to be Mo - unless things switch way earlier than any other season, he is doomed.

Tracy appears to have a lot of instability - those eyes are freaking me out, she looked like a caged animal a few times, ready to pounce - and apparently did.

If she had not eaten any cupcakes, would they have hated Antoine the same way?

I love that Jilian is honest with her feelings - she felt used, she said so ... though I have no doubt she'll still help Tracy when she can.

There are some guys at work who eat mashed cauliflower all the time. They claim it is a lot like mashed potatoes. I don't believe them, but then I can't stand cauliflower.

Is it just me, or does BL really suck this season? I don't think I watched more than a half hour after FFing through the inline commercials and the psychobabble. Boring as hell.

Oops, just realized I was responding to Jen's post, and I remember that she never watches BL.

Anyone understand the mumbo-jumbo about Tracy's injury? They first referred to it as a heat related incident. Now they are saying a mussel injury. I was thinking stroke when it happened .

Yeah, it is boring. Even the seasonal psycho isn't fun (Tracy) because if she goes, Mo goes. At least next week they are changing to 2 teams.

I spent most of last night's ep watching the History Channel's "The Universe". Last night was space warfare. Pretty cool.

Her eyes are crazy for sure, but Danny's (brown team dude) bug out just as much. Maybe its the fat that has backed up into his cranium that pushes them out.

Anybody think Daniel has an unfair advantage when it comes to some of the challenges. Especially if they involve some sort of strength. In the first episode they mentioned that he'd been working out hard for like 6 months prior to the filming of this season. It may not help him in the show overall, because he has already lost the "easy" weight. But with the challenges it should.

If Tracy brushed her hair she'd look less wacko. Every time she was on screen last night she had some crazy tangle on the back of her head, that plus the eyes made her look like a psychopath.

I agree with some the folks who say this is boring. We all complained about the nastiness last year but it sure kept us watching! I spent more time watching So You Think You Can Dance Canada last night than BL.

That she didn't get voted off by her team surprises me even more.

As a trainer, I "torture" people nearly every day with plyometrics boxes. They are almost universally hated by clients because they frequently bring out the primal fear being exhibited on BL.

My best plyo box user is only 13 years old, and he uses equipment about triple the size of what's seen on T.V. My learning experience is that you have more abstract fear as you age...

FWIW, I almost always get the client to jump by putting them in front of a mirror and having them watch their reflection while jumping vertically. After they see that they are theoretically clearing the box, then the box jump is competed successfully.

my wife won't eat cauliflower but at them mashed. No they aren't mashed potatoes but the texture is a lot like them, you could fool yourself into eating them.
