Mmmmmm, Hot Sauce Can't Post

I'm addicted. I have some with nearly every meal lately. Anyway, I just finished the Pain 100% this morning with my eggs. This is some hot stuff and it tastes great.

Any recs for the next bottle?

This is my favorite, by far. Great flavor and very hot.....maybe an 8 out of 10. By reference, I'll call Tabasco about a 3 or 4. Also makes a great base for a hot BBQ sauce.

I like Pain is Good, Batch #37. It's advertised as hot, but I would call it more of a medium if you are hardcore. Very garlicky, which I enjoy. I'm not ashamed to say I've taken a swing from the bottle before.

Yeah I've heard that it isn't an inferno but has a great taste. I haven't tried it yet.

+1 for Cholula. Medium heat but damn tasty. Great everyday sauce.

Texas Pete makes an extra hot pepper sauce; similar to most other cayanne/tabasco pepper sauces, but kicked up a notch or two.

I just started making my own hot sauces this year. Peppers grow like weeds down here, and you can mix and match varieties to suit your personal taste. My last batch used 10 cayannes and 1 habanero (plus garlic, cider vinegar and salt), just the right blend of flavor and heat.

you won't take a swig from this bottle.

I like hot and spicy, but I don't like to feel pain when I eat. I am more of a medium-hot kind of person. I love Indian Lamb Vindaloo (yummy). When your eyes water a bit, you are doing good.

I knew that there was a reason that I saved this bottle! The sauce was somewhat tasty and moderately hot. I bought it at a roadside gas station near Perry, Fl several years ago. They had an entire room devoted to hot sauces!
