"Bitte Nicht Kvetching" rule...

I have decided to institute a "No bitching" rule in the salon. I have decided that everyone who has decided to unload ther fears that the USA is becoming a "third world country" has to shut the hell up.Dammit, I know how bad it is at the moment; however, it all has to turn around. This goes whether or not you believe in Yin and Yang, or that the market balances itself out. When real estate got ridiculously high, the market crashed. Same thing with fuel. The price will never start with a "$1.??" per gallon, but the super high price at the moment CANNOT be sustained.
Yes, this nightmare will be over. Just stop telling me how bad it is; I am SICK of hearing it!!!!

I only let them kvetch if they buy the disc "Holla (fo a Dolla)". So far, only a few have done it.
Wanna buy a disc?

Yeah, things will probably get better but, eventually, every empire gets its comeuppance. Often the cause is overreaching militarily. Sound familiar?
(I am not kvetching, though I might be schvitzing).

Well, I have a funny bunny feeling that there will be less overreaching militarily; if for no other reason, it's because we're broke!!!
Schvitzing is okay- kvetching is verboten.

I think the United States has a lot more of waking up to do before it will get better. It's all relative and I don't think that the price of gas is that that super high. Where do you think it will go with another 40% devaluation of the USD?
There will be many more banks going bust and the Fed will help some banks enrich themselves by stealing from the Americans, just as was done with the Bear Stears bailout.
I'd say many Americans will have to get used to much lower standard of living than they enjoyed during the past 8 years...

But, kvetching does NOTHING!!!!
We are lucky enough to be gifted with more days. Also, every day we are in a recession, we are that much closer to getting out of it.

I also like to think positive. But in the financial world it "pays off" by being more realistic and when I look at many variables I come to the conclusion that we are much closer to the beginning than the end.
I think we'll have an up-trend in the market next week but the entire financial mess will get much worse and there is nobody else to blame but our "elected leaders" and the quasi-private Federal Reserve.
btw...What are you trying to say with "kvetching"?

I have a bit of Hebrew in me. "Kvetching"=bitching.
Still yet- we are still closer to getting out than being in. After all, I have been feeling the effects of high petrol prices with decreased economic growth for the last few years.
