I'm Available: Event Management and Execution

I'm a semi-retired age-group IM athlete looking for a part-time or full-time opportunity in event management or event execution. My ideal position would be on a traveling team that traveled site to site, in advance of the event, to set up and prepare the venue, establish communication and rapport with local government/promoter/volunteers, and assiting in conduct of the event through teardown and close.
I have a background in Facilities manaqement, event promotion and production, food services, retail gift stores, and fulfillment. My 30-year executive career included contract negotiation and managment, troubled asset turnaround, and carrying the mission and objectives of the organization to new business units and partners. Now I'd like to give something back to the sport, as well as participate in helping carry the sport to others.
