FS: HED 3 650c Clincher Wheelset

I am selling a set of HED 3 clinchers 650c. Comes with tubes, 2 Continental Grand Prix 3000 tires, and a 9 speed Ultegra cassette (11-21). I raced on the wheels this year 4 olympic distance races and a sprint. I am selling them because my new bike is 700c. They are a great wheelset, I already bought a new set of HED 3s for the new bike. Selling them for 700 with shipping obo.
