FS: Kestrel road bike with full Campy Record Can't Post
The Kestrel EMS 200 frame is full carbon fiber. The size is a 57. The seat post is also carbon fiber. All of the components are Campy Record. This is a 9 speed and the cassette is 11-21. The Campy Record shifters are fast shifting. In one movement you can jump 3 speeds which is great for fast attacking. I bought the wheels last year from Michael Lovato. The wheels are Velomax (the same as the Easton circut) and are fast training wheels. I even used them to race with. Comes with everything you see minus the pedals. I have some extra brake pads I can throw in as well.

It is just about 10 years old now and has many miles on it. The bike is very durable and rides smooth. This bike has a first place win at Duathlon Nationals this year in the elite field so it is FAST and also brought me to a fast ride at Duathlon Worlds this year in Italy. The reason why I am selling is because I am getting picked up by a bike sponsor for the 2009 season.

Selling for $1,000.

Beautiful bike, have you wrecked on her? Is the campy groupo all original? Did you buy the bike new?

No major crashes. Went down once in a crit and had to replace the stem but no other damages. Was back and racing the next day for the road race. The campy record group is all orginal. I did bought a new chain, cassette and chain rings in spring 2007. I bought the bike from my high school cross country coach's son in 2002. He was also a pro duathlete and sponsored by Kestrel. Crank is 175

I really wish this was a 54cm frame. People in this forum may not realize how nice of a bike this is, nor how good of a deal this is.

I'm a certified Kestrel nut, pre-Taiwan production of course. Good luck with the sale!
