R&A seems to have a 54 frameset available, though they are not offering the $300 discount many other places have on the 2008s. www.racycles.com.

PS Nytro seems to have 54s in stock as well.

Impossible to tell which have the 3T fork online. Mine came with the Wolf, but others I know got lucky.

I called both R&A and Nytro late last week and both said they were out of the 54 size. I believe their websites are just out of date. I also called probably eight other dealers or so. I think inventory of that size has just dried up.

I've been checking eBay, but there aren't any framesets out there. Not many completely bikes out there with 3T forks, either. I'd be willing to buy and part out a bike to make it happen, but I need to be able to sell the parts and get the frameset at less than retail. That's proving not necessarily easy to do.

I'll keep looking. I figured it would be a long shot here, but thought I'd post anyway just in case...

Nevermind. I ended up with another used frameset. Thanks to those that posted with their suggestions.
